The mission of the CSTBA is to maintain and to continually enhance the integrity of the ticket brokerage industry. The CSTBA is
specifically dedicated, for and on behalf of its members, to provide and maintain consumer protection requirements. The CSTBA will continually work in conjunction with the Illinois General Assembly and all
governmental and regulatory bodies to advocate the rights of the ticket purchasers, consumers and all residents of the State of Illinois. All CSTBA members comply with all laws, Federal, State and local, and
specifically submit to the jurisidiction of the State of Illinois. |
